Living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes? your help needed now for UK University research project:

I'm very happy to be spreading the word to help Hetashi Bawa, a trainee clinical psychologist with their research at Canterbury University. The researcher is looking for help from people with any type 1 or type 2 diabetes to experience an intervention about emotional health, self-compassion and diabetes.  The research is also featured on the Diabetes UK website.

I'm not involved in this particular research but this topic is important to me and to people living with diabetes, so I'm very happy to recommend this project and am wishing it every success!
